Thank you for shopping at Artesanías Funsalco. 

If you would like to return a craft, we are here to help you.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your craft to request a return. 

Returns will only be accepted if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item. We do not accept returns due to design or size issues of the handicraft, taking into account that the characteristics of the product are very well specified in the store. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at artesanias@funsalco.org or instagram. 

To be eligible for a return, the craft must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted when you contact us, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items you send back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and ship the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
